Awaken to the unique sound of the Australian Bellbird or sit quietly in the gardens to watch the numerous varieties of birds feeding on the native flowers. Honey eaters, rainbow lorikeets, crimson rosellas, king parrots and fairy wren & whipbird to name a few. Enjoy a game of billiards with some of the other guests, or relax in the two guest lounges which are fully equipped with books, video, stereo and games.
Local Attractions:
The natural beauty of TwoFold Bay is enhanced by the surrounding state forest and national parks. From magnificent unspoiled beaches & coast line to rugged hills, one can see the diverse environment contrasts. Abundant coastal flora and fauna, including grey kangaroos, swamp wallabies, wombat, goannas, black cockatoo, king parrots and rosellas to name a few. The whale watching season (September and November), which is a wonderful time to visit Eden and explore the South Coast. The area abounds in history from Davidsons Whaling Station, Boydtown to the whaling era (1834-1930). Edens large fishing fleet supplies Sydney and Melbourne fish markets. Visitors dine in the freshest of local seafood, mussels, oysters and prawns, with our Wharf Restaurant being listed in the "Good Food Guide". Unpolluted beaches, excellent fishing, scuba diving, bush walking, golf, cruises and two clubs or just relax.
