This 3 brm Rye Holiday House accommodation, close to the Blairgowrie and Tyrone foreshores is extremely clean, bright and has all the touches of home. The house has a lovely fully renovated bathroom containing shower and bath. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and 2nd shower.
Relax in the modern lounge room, with TV, DVD and Video, magazines, a selection of kids and family DVDs, games and toys. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cups, saucers, pots, pans, utensils, 2 toasters, dishwasher and microwave.
Each bedroom has quality mattresses, doonas & pillows. BR1 has 1 Queen bed, BR2 has 2 singles (can be put together to make king size), BR3 has 2 bunks with safety rails (4 singles). **For families with toddlers / babies we also have a portacot, high chair and pusher available for your use **
Relax in the tree lined gardens, or on the deck overlooking the fully fenced, flat lawns, perfect for the kids to ride their bikes or play cricket or soccer !! The backyard is a kid's paradise, with trampoline, swings and slide. The front deck includes a built in BBQ and a new outdoor setting for 8.
Hot or cold, there is plenty of heating or cooling available, including a brand new split system air conditioner !

This Rye holiday house is @ Melways ref 167 K5. 1hr 20 min drive from the Melbourne CBD on the Mornington Pensinsula.
Ideally located close to the Tyrone foreshore close to the Rye/Blairgowrie border, a 2 minute drive or 15 min walk to the beach. As well as all the amenities of Rye, it is also close to Blairgowrie and Sorrento. There are plenty of safe beaches for the kids, wonderful surf beaches, golf courses, cafes and restaurants within minutes drive !
Situated near the Blairgowrie border, it is only a short trip to the Blairgowrie Village shops with all that you need including a supermarket, deli, bottle shop, chemist, newsagent and coffee shops. Sorrento is only a further few kms past Blairgowrie where you can enjoy more coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

Getting There:

From Melbourne take the Monash Freeway (Citilink) towards Dandenong, and then take the Eastlink Tollroad heading south bound to Frankston. From Frankston, follow signs to Sorrento / Portsea. At the end of the Mornington Peninsula Freeway, follow signs into Rosebud, then follow Point Nepean Rd to Rye. In RYE, turn left at Dundas Street, then right at the Melbourne Rd Roundabout, head towards Portsea / Sorrento. Continue along Melbourne Rd past the football oval until you come to Preston St on Right.
